We also provide personalized tutorials on everything from Zoom and email to password managers and Office apps. Whether you need a fix, a tune-up, or a tech confidence boost, we’re here to help online, over the phone, or in person.

I’m not great with tech, can you still help me?Absolutely. We specialize in working with beginners, seniors, and anyone feeling overwhelmed by technology. Our lead technician, Gary Nercessian, has a background in social work and gerontology, so patience, empathy, and clear communication are at the heart of everything we do. No jargon, no judgment. Just friendly, one-on-one support at your pace.

How does remote support work, and is it secure?Remote support with Tech101 is fast, easy, and built with your privacy in mind. You initiate the session and can end it at any time, you're always in control. You'll see everything happening on your screen as our trusted technician works, so there's no mystery behind the fix. Which areas do you serve?We provide tech support services across Canada, offering both in-home and remote solutions for individuals and businesses. In-home local tech support is available in Cobourg and the surrounding Northumberland County, Ontario. Additionally, we offer local tech support for the greater St. John's, Newfoundland region. For other areas, remote support is always an excellent option. Our services are designed to be flexible and accessible, ensuring you get the help you need, wherever you are.

Is tech support available on weekends or evenings?We’re open every day until 8 PM EST and always do our best to accommodate your schedule. If you need an evening or weekend appointment, just reach out, we’ll be happy to find a time that works for you. Our goal is to provide tech support that fits seamlessly into your life.
